- What is the return policy?
We want each customer to be completely satisfied with every purchase, and so offer a 30 day Free Return policy if you are not entirely happy with the product supplied
- What are the shipping options?
Your order will be processed within 48 hours and shipped to you using USPS. You will receive an email confirming once your item has been dispatched with a tracking number to remain informed of when you can expect to receive your delivery
- What do I do if I never received my order?
If you do not receive your delivery within the expected time (2-10 days depending on where the order is being shipped), please email us at africanartisanllc@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once we have exhausted every possible avenue to locate your order, we will resolve by replacing or refunding you
- When will I receive my order?
African Artisan is committed to dispatching your order within 48 hours with USPS. Depending on where the item is being shipped to within the US, USPS deliveries are usually completed within 2-8 days
- Where are you located?
Our primary selling location is located in Pensacola, FL and our sourcing is primarily done in Zimbabwe
- Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we suggest any changes that you would like to make should be done after receiving your original order. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us by emailing africanartisanllc@gmail.com if we can help in any way
