FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using USPS. A Flat rate shipping fee of $8.45 applies to orders below a value of $100 that weigh up to 5lb.  Orders weighing between over 5lb will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $19.90 

We do not ship outside the USA at this time

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.  If the item is unused and in its original
condition, we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at africanartisanllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
